Organizations that hold regular events need more than a standard informational website. Visitors need an easy way to find upcoming dates, view event details, purchase tickets, join an email list, and stay updated.

The Coastal Outriders hosts events, classes, private parties, and community gatherings centered around country line dancing in San Diego County.

The group needed an event-based website that could serve as the central location for its schedule, ticket information, email marketing, booking inquiries, and news.

We created a website that connects these features while giving The Coastal Outriders room to add more events and content as the group grows.

Project Overview

Event-Based Website Design + Eventbrite Connection – We organized the website around upcoming events, with current events featured on the homepage and a separate page for the complete schedule. The listings connect visitors to Eventbrite for additional details and ticket purchases.
Email Marketing Signup + Setup – We added an email signup form and configured the email marketing system. This gives The Coastal Outriders a direct way to share new events, ticket announcements, schedule changes, and other updates.
Blog Setup – A blog was created for event announcements, dance floor updates, community stories, recaps, and other news.
Branding + Logo Guidance – Redideo Studio provided branding and logo guidance to establish a consistent visual direction for the website and future event marketing.
Search Engine Optimization – We optimized the website structure, headings, page content, metadata, and images for search visibility. The SEO strategy helps search engines understand the group’s connection to events, classes, country line dancing, and San Diego County.
Mobile-Friendly Design – The website works across desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones, allowing visitors to check dates, locations, and ticket information from any device.
Web Hosting – The Coastal Outriders website is hosted and managed by SD Web Co for reliable performance and ongoing support.
